This is the end of the road for the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar, as the Supreme court has dismissed his appeal challenging Muhammadu Buhari’s victory during the 2019 general elections.
In his ruling, the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Tanko Muhammad, who led six other members of the apex court’s panel, delivered a three-sentence judgement ruling in Buhari’s favour.
